Beresford Hotel
Built in 1913, the hotel is housed in a seven story white and blue structure with charming historic appeal.
Décor throughout is of a Victorian theme, this extends to the cosy little traditional English pub just off the main lobby. Bedrooms are simple and quite small with traditional dark wooden furniture and quilted bedspreads. Rooms have satellite TV, telephones and mini bars. Some facilities such as hairdryers can be borrowed by contacting reception. A complimentary breakfast is provided daily.
Dinner can be taken in the White Horse Tavern & Restaurant, although this is closed on Sundays and Mondays. The reasonable priced meals are traditional pub fare with a Californian flavour. |
