Cathedral Hill hotel a large modern hotel set in a prominent location on busy Van Ness Avenue. The large welcoming entrance leads you to the spacious lobby with plenty of comfortable sofas allowing you to relax or mingle with other guests. The hotel offers guests the use of a 24 hour health club and there’s also covered parking, gift shop, hair salon and a lovely outdoor heated swimming pool on the 4th floor patio.
Bedrooms are large and inoffensive with neutral coloured floors and walls, bright bedding and either a balcony or excellent city views. Some rooms look out over the central courtyard, which the hotel is built around. You can expect your room to have coffeemaker, blackout drapes, dataports and video check out as well as the usual cable TV and games console.
Dining in the hotel is over three restaurants. Breakfast is taken in the Hilltop Café which looks out over Van Ness Avenue. Lunch and evening cocktails are in the Hilltop Bar & Grill and for dinner you move to the Hilltop Restaurant where you can enjoy Californian cuisine and wide range of wines and micro-brews. |
