Cosmo Hotel
A boutique hotel which proudly displays a variety of ever-changing artwork by local artists in all the public areas and set in the heart of the theatre district, the Cosmo is ideal for lovers of the arts.
The spacious lobby, decorated in pastels, has plenty of seating to allow you time to sit and look at the current works on show or to watch the world go by from the large windows. There is also an internet terminal and morning newspapers available in the lobby.
Bedrooms are quite sparse and perhaps even a little ordinary for a hotel of this nature, with pale blue walls, dark carpets and bedding in blues and browns on Sealy Postulux pillowtop beds with oversize leather headboards. Bedroom facilities include cable TV with games console, fully stocked mini bar, coffee maker and telephone with dataport.
The Neo Bar is adjacent to the lobby, open from 5pm (Tuesday to Saturday only) and is famous for their $3 “Famous Blue Cosmo.” |
