Renaissance Parc 55 Hotel
The modern multi leveled tower that is the Renaissance Parc 55 has been designed to allow every bedroom to have bay windows, giving an interesting appearance when viewed from the outside.
The lobby is huge and marble, with mirrors that give the illusion of even more space. There are internet terminals and wi-fi connections along with a gift shop and in the mornings there’s complimentary coffee served. The hotel also offers a fully equipped health club with massages available by appointment and guests can enjoy free use of the swimming pool at a sister hotel about one block away. For business travellers the hotel provides a staffed business centre equipped with computers, printers, fax and photocopiers.
Bedrooms are luxurious, varying in size but most are spacious with large bathrooms. Décor is warm and modern and rooms are individually decorated although all have beautiful cherry wood furnishings. You can expect to find dual phone lines, dataports, make up mirrors and games consoles in the sound-proofed rooms. Bathrooms feature marble vanity units with phone line, plush oversize towels and designer toiletries. The bay windows in every room provide exceptional views over the city although some rooms are looking onto the lower towers.
Dining in the hotel is varied with two casual coffee shops serving breakfast lunch and dinner, along with the Barley ‘N’ Hops sports bar featuring TV’s and sports star autographs and the Thai Siam serving authentic Thai food in a relaxed atmosphere. For the more formal meal there’s the Veranda restaurant serving a blend of American and Italian cuisine using fresh local produce. |
